My name is Frida. I practice “Koselig” living everyday. One should always spend a little time feeling that cozy, comfortable feeling while enjoying a good book or a walk outside.
This character is a handmade Nisse doll from the folklore tradition of Scandinavia. Her sweater and skirt are crafted from recycled Norwegian sweaters that are no longer suitable for wearing and the clasp on her vest is also from Norway.
She comes with a slip and undergarment. As our mom used to say, “A girl has to wear a slip otherwise her skirt will ride up on her stockings”.
She stands 12″ tall and her fur trimmed boots and hat are made of red felt. She comes with a card tied to her wrist that gives you the opportunity to give her a new name. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
